About Me
I am a senior at Indiana University’s Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management with a minor in Community Health. My passion lies in improving healthcare operations and advancing health equity, which has driven me to explore roles in leadership, project management, and community engagement.
I aspire to become a healthcare leader who creates innovative solutions to address health disparities and improve access to care. My experiences in operations, social media coordination, and chronic disease prevention have equipped me with a unique perspective and skill set to navigate the complexities of healthcare management.
Why Health Services Management?
Growing up, I witnessed how systemic challenges in healthcare impact individuals and communities. This ignited my desire to contribute to creating efficient systems that provide equitable access to quality care. Health Services Management allows me to combine my passion for organization, communication, and advocacy to make meaningful improvements in the field. My goal is to use my education and experiences to lead initiatives that positively impact both patients and providers.

Through this experience, I gained practical skills in marketing, website development, and audience analysis, which I can apply to future roles in healthcare marketing and administration.
